Three New Striped Ties for Late Summer 2011
Dear reader and tie aficionado, we are excited about several new striped ties that we just received earlier today. The three ties featured above combine a classic striped pattern (sometimes also referred to as collegiate stripes to be more exact) in a strong contrasting color combination. In addition designer Puccini decided to add more texture to the tie by choosing two different fabric weaves. The bright colored stripe is made from a smooth silk that nicely emphasizes the lively color. The darker and more conservative background color on the tie features a fine ribbed texture that has a matte shine and heavier feel.
